Personal branding photography isn't about standing in front of a camera and hoping for the best. It's a collaborative, intentional process — one that starts long before the session day and ends with a gallery full of images you're genuinely excited to use.

From our first conversation to the moment your gallery lands in your inbox, every part of this experience is designed with you in mind. Your story, your brand, your goals — all of it shapes what we create together.

The result? Photos that don't just look professional. Photos that feel like you, communicate your value, and make the right people stop and take notice.

More than just a photoshoot.

Session day is where the magic happens. I'll guide you through every moment — your posing, your expression, the movement, the energy. You don't have to know how to pose. That's my job.
We'll work through your shot list, try a few things that feel a little outside your comfort zone (those are usually the best ones), and have a genuinely good time doing it.

We show up. We create.

Before your session, we'll have a dedicated planning conversation where we dig into everything — your brand story, the platforms you're showing up on, your wardrobe, location ideas, and the specific shots you need.
You'll also receive your Client Welcome Guide, which walks you through everything from what to wear to how to prepare so you feel completely confident walking in.

We plan.

Once you reach out, we'll hop on a quick call to make sure we're a great fit and talk through what you're looking for. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation about your brand and your goals.
If it feels right on both ends, we get you on the calendar.

You'll recieve your sneak peaks and proof gallery within one week of your photoshoot date. You can then go through and pick out your favorite images adding up to the amount in your chosen package. 
If it's too hard to narrow it down, there are options to add-on more to your final gallery for an added fee. Let's be real, you're going to want to keep them all! 

You Receive your proofs.

Within two to three weeks, your fully edited gallery will arrive in your inbox via a private online link. High-resolution files for print, web-optimized files for digital — everything you need, ready to go.
You'll also have access to your images for 30 days, so download everything and back it up as soon as you can.

A few things people like to know before reaching out:

Where are you located?
Micheal Suzanne Photography is based in Northern Utah and serves the greater Salt Lake City area, including Logan, Ogden, Provo, and Bountiful. Sessions can take place at a variety of locations — we'll find somewhere that fits your brand perfectly.

What should I wear?
I'll cover this in detail during our planning call and in your Welcome Guide, but the short version: bring 2–3 outfits that make you feel confident and reflect your brand. Solid colors and classic pieces tend to photograph beautifully. We'll talk through the specifics together before your session.

I've never done a professional branding session before. Is that okay?
More than okay — it's actually pretty common. Most of my clients feel a little nervous heading into their first session, and almost all of them are pleasantly surprised by how relaxed the whole thing feels. I'll guide you through everything. You don't need experience, just a willingness to show up.

How far in advance should I book?
I keep my calendar intentional and work with a limited number of clients each month, so I'd recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your ideal session date. That gives us plenty of time to plan and prepare so your session day goes smoothly.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — I completely understand. Rescheduling is available with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability. Just reach out as soon as you know and we'll find a new date that works.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I want this to feel accessible, not stressful. Payment plans are available — reach out and we'll work out something that fits where you are. A retainer is required to hold your date on the calendar.
